Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

**Delivery Timeframes**

- Dubai & nearby areas: 1–3 business days

- Other emirates: 2–5 business days

Times may vary during peak seasons (Ramadan, White Friday, National Day) or due to courier delays.

**Shipping Charges**

- Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (displayed at checkout)

- Standard shipping fees apply for lower-value orders

- Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

**Order Tracking**  

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

**Failed Delivery**  

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
